Every piece of BioThane gear is carefully handcrafted to your exact specifications. Because of the custom nature of our products, restocking returned items is challenging. However, if your item is defective or made incorrectly, we will replace it free of charge.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in like-new, resalable condition.
